These Terms & Conditions apply to all Astrologers, Healers, Counselors, Coaches, Tarot Readers, Reiki Masters, Hypnotherapists, NLP Practitioners, and Consultants (“Consultants”) providing services on Grah Kundli.

By registering and offering services on Grah Kundli, you agree to comply with the following terms.

📌 1. Consultant Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age
  • You must provide accurate personal and professional details
  • You confirm that your skills are based on experience, training, or belief systems
  • Grah Kundli reserves the right to approve or reject any profile

📌 2. Nature of Services

  • No claims of guaranteed results or miracles
  • No medical, legal, or financial advice
  • No pressure tactics, threats, or fear creation
  • No false promises related to marriage, death, illness, or wealth
  • No abusive, sexual, or inappropriate language

📌 4. Medical & Legal Disclaimer

  • Consultants must clearly state that services are not medical or legal advice
  • Users must be advised to consult licensed professionals when required
  • Consultants are solely responsible for their statements

📌 5. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All user information must be kept strictly confidential
  • No recording or sharing of consultations without consent
  • Data misuse will result in immediate termination

📌 6. Payment, Earnings & Commission

  • Earnings are calculated as per platform-defined commission structure
  • Payments are released as per payout schedule
  • Taxes, if applicable, are consultant’s responsibility
  • Grah Kundli may revise commission or pricing policies

📌 7. Gifts, Remedies & Add-on Services

  • Gifts and remedies must follow platform guidelines
  • No forced upselling is allowed
  • Remedies must be optional and clearly explained
  • No physical product claims without approval

📌 8. Profile Content & Representation

  • Profile information must be truthful
  • No fake certificates or exaggerated experience
  • Photos and descriptions must be professional

📌 9. Suspension & Termination

  • Violation of terms may lead to suspension or termination
  • No compensation for terminated accounts
  • Serious violations may result in permanent ban

  • Consultants bear full responsibility for their guidance

  • Platform may monitor sessions for quality and safety
  • Platform branding and data remain exclusive property

  • These terms are governed by Indian laws
  • Any disputes fall under Indian jurisdiction
